If this occurred over friendly territory there would not have been a MACR issued. This was also in the earliest days of issuing MACRs and one could have been issued much later using a very high number that is not included in some of the MACR databases I have seen. There is a reference to E&E reports 263 and 264 but I don't know what kind of information they contain. The pilot was FO Gordon B. Erickson. : : Vic
