Hi Alexander,
You might try going to www.armyairforces.com and go to the groups by number forum. Click on 451st and you can post on that forum. You can click on the MACR database on the top left side of the homepage and enter the serial number and it will give the MACR number. You can get a copy by contacting Lynn.Gamma@MAXWELL.AF.MIL at no charge.
