: Seeking info on Dixon Wands. My mother was his step sister. Her name is Mary Isabel Wands Heitzman, 78. She would like to know about Dixon, his wife and son. The son supposedly attended Johns Hopkins and became a pediatrician. She would like to contact him. WE are also looking for photos or diary entries, etc. of the plane he flew "Little Chum". Did find a small report that said the plane broke up in a thunderstorm April 21, 1944. Looking for the 4 crew members that survived the crash. I believe at least 2 are gone now, but may have family that could help us. Thank you for any help in allowing us to get to know Dixon and his family.

Thanks for your help. Will do. Karen
