Greetings. I'm looking for information on Sortie: Brux, 12 May 1944.

I have specific questions for anyone associated with the 452nd Group, 4th Wing, as well as the 95th and 390th of the 13th wing.

Quoting from Operations Officers Narrative: "During the flight across Channel, the 452nd Group from the 4th Wing approached the 13 "A" wing formation and requested permission from "A" wing leader to join his formation. Permission was granted and the 452nd joined in, flying low and to the left of 95 "B".

Any and all information on this sortie would be welcomed, but the less official the source, the better. [I have already accessed the National Archives records, extensively.]
