I am looking for history on what happend to Lt Bryant's crew on 8 June 1944. He was with the 388th BG and lost his life with his crew on 8 June 1944 which was a mission on bombing Tours, France. The B-17 was "GI Jane" but this is conflicting because she had a final flight date of 8 Sept 1944. Can anyone shed some light on this and what happend? Thank you
