S/Sgt Wallace Faires was the LW gunner flying on
42-94979 U8 T "Off Limits Again" when it failed to return due to flak and crashed at Osnabruck, Germany on 12 October 1944. MACR 9488 covers this plane and crew and is available at no charge by contacting Lynn.Gamma@MAXWELL.AF.MIL All 10 crewmen were KIA.
