I have a picture of an american serviceman with the name Joseph signed on it. Believed to have been in the 479th antisubmarine group based at Dunkeswell during WWII.He was a master sergeant. I have been told that when disbanded they became part of the eighth airforce. Can someone confirm this. Trying desperately to trace this man.
