Lt. Roland Marean, Lt. James Shilliday, and T/Sgt. Halleck Hasson, all from the 560th B/S, 388th B/G, escaped from France to Spain with the help of the French Underground. I know where their adventure started after they bailed out of #42-30203, returning from the Mission to Stuttgart, 6 Sept 43. I lost their accounts when they were taken to Paris. Does anyone have any idea which route they would have taken? The last accounting with these men is with the Lefevre Family in Feb. 1944. Just before they were sent to Paris. I have some information about the Lefevere Family. The Lefevere's were associated with the Comet Line, but when the Comet line was infiltrated by the Gestapo, in the summer of 1943, they became members with the Burgandy Line. There was also a British Airman that went them, but I do not have his name at this time. Andre lefevre, who the men called ANDY, his wife Pauline, and their daughter, Paulette, took care of these men. The Lefevre's are credited with saving the lives of 16 American Airmen, and 2 British Airmen. Does anyone have any information about the routes, and who went with these men Thanks, Keith
