Allen of 20th FG, 79th FS

I am trying to find someone who might have known a 1st Lt. Brooks Allen around 1944-45. Brooks was a member of the 20th FG, 79th FS, stationed at King's Cliff, England in 1945. He was born in Houston, Texas on 1 Oct 1923, but raised by his mother in Atlanta, Georgia. Brooks was not very tall and had sandy blonde hair, with a sweet smile. He was single.

1 Lt. Allen was the half brother to my husband's step-father. We recently found out about him and would like to learn more about his military travels.

1 Lt. Allen was killed in March 1949 when his C-45 Cargo plane crashed in a snow storm at Rocky Mt. Arsenal in Colorado. That's about all we know.

Any informtion would be wonderful.
