looking for info on B-17 "Shady Lady"

My father flew on this Bird out of Ridgewell station 167. Unable to find any info on this B-17. Looking for Id #, pictures or links. Possible the Mighty 8th, 381st or 384th BG. Also accident reports at Ridgewell April/May 1944. He served from June 1943 to June 1945
