: Moofy;
: I'll attempt to post this again. GP 83-1-467 Crew 79 was printed on the bottom of one of the two picture that I have from my grandfather. On the back of the other picture is the crews names and adresses. One picture the guys looked dressed up, maybe class A's, and in the other the have on there flight gear. One of the planes "buzz" number is 081 and the other is ?50. I'm looking for any information. I know he was a co-pilot on B-24's. My grandmother wrote about an incident that matches Mission #151 to Prum Gr. The first to planes crashed on take off in fog. Those two planes, as near as I can tell are 42-51572 and 42-95115. The third plane made it, and of course my grandfather Gus was in it. In both of the photos both planes are NMF as were the two that crashed. The mission #151 was out of Wroxham. As told to me he was staioned near Norwich. I saw on one web site that he as well as hiss crew were listed with the 467, unfortunatly that is all it said. The mission report for #151 list the 790 and 789th Sqd. I would appreciate any info that you may have. Thanks Chip Dawson.

: P.S. Vic pointed me in your direction. Said you were very good and had lots of info. Thanks again Chip

Sorry for the delay in answering this post Chip. E--mail on it's way.
Cheers,
Moofy
