I am in possession of all the MACR's concerning the 44th BG losses on the Kiel mission 14 May 1943, except MACR of #41-24295, which was not issued.
You will not find much more details in the MACR concerning your father's aircraft #41-23819, than already mentioned. The MACR was first issued in 1946.
The crash location is near Eckernforde. I can recommend you to read the chapter of the book below (PDF file).
