: I SENT FOR THE E&E REPORT FOR MY GREAT UNCLE T/SGT. HAL HASSON, LT. ROLAND MAREAN, AND LT. JAMES SHILLIDAY. I RECEIVED A BRIEF REPORT ABOUT THE EVENTS OF 6TH SEPT. 43,MISSION: STUTTGART, GERMANY. THEY WERE FORCED TO BAIL OUT OF THEIR CRIPPLED AIRCRAFT, "SHACK-UP" #42-30203. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF WHO HELPED THEM OR HOW THEY MADE THEIR WAY THROUGH FRANCE AND ESCAPEING TO SPAIN, AND EVENTUALLY BEING RETURNED TO ENGLAND IN 1944. PLEASE E-MAIL ME AND LET ME KNOW WHERE TO GET A COMPLETE AND UNCENSORED REPORT. I HAVE RECIEVED SOME VERY HELPFUL EMAILS, AND I HOPE TO HERE FROM MORE OF YOU. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP. KEITH
Hi Keith,
It is just a matter of whether or not your requested the comprehensive file. Many of these reports have ancillary archived information on the Escape route and those who helped out. Sometimes they are included in other files with those who also evaded with your Great Uncle. It takes Having someone who knows what they are looking for to secure you the right documents. Forget the REST and use THE BEST! The BEST person out there is Eugene Buck. He be contacted by sending an email to
Gene Buck, ebuck43@aol.com
and tell him what you are looking for. He is resonalby priced, and a pleasure to work with. Tell him I recommended you.
