Project Bits and Pieces shows that 2Lt Robert Z. Carragher was the bombardier on "Old Hickory" 42-31401 QE D of the 94th Bomb Group, 331st Squadron when it failed to return due to German fighters and crashed at Friesach, Austria on 18 Mar 1944. MACR 4151 covers this and is available by contacting Lynn.Gamma@MAXWELL.AF.MIL
