: According to Cliff Bishop's 'Fortresses over Nuthampstead', 42-102508 piloted by Lt. Nisewonger crashed at Liebschwitz Railway Station 5.5km south of Gera. Some wreckage in elster river. 42-107218 piloted by Lt. Folger crashed at Saarstrosse (road) at Bad Dueben, 31 km north east of Leipzig. A Tenement house was destroyed in the crash.
