I have just e-mailed you the crew list of William C. Quaintance when this a/c FTR on 22nd Feb. 1944. Sadly 9 of the crew members were KIA, and only the RW Gunner S/Sgt. Alexander F. Markowski from Yorkville, NY. survived and became a POW.
As I have a few books on the 306thBG, I will look through them to see if I can find a crew photograph for you.
