I’m looking for a B-17 crew photo of my uncle Joesph F. Strukel. They were with the 368th Bomb Squadron. They were shot down after a raid on Bernburg Germany on February 22, 1944. The Pilot’s name was William C. Quaintance, Co-pilot was Rudolph L. Jenson, My uncle’s name was Joseph F. Strukel (Engineer).
B-17 identity: B-17G-25-BO Serial No. 42-31695
Any information will be greatly appreciated by the family.
