The town is 10 KM southwest of Kasselin near the village of Grossenritte in Central Germany. The flak unit who downed Liberty Run near this town was the Flakgruppe Kurhessen known also as Flak-Regiment 103, a unit of the Kurhessen flak and a part of the flak ring Kassel.Information and/or pictures welcome.
