I can find no record of a name of with that spelling (with or without "k" in sky, in our White Pages, our Social Security
Death Records, our National Military Cemeteries or our "over there" Cemeteries. A name with that spelling does not show up in the 8th Honor Roll.
I do not have time to look for an Enlistment Record at this time, but others have that access and will probably get back to you.
It would help, if you have any other information, such as home town, State and such. I have ran into instances of where men had given names that were not true when visiting families with young ladies around.
