I did find McAllister on 390thBG website. Thanks. I wrote to one of the crewman of his and my dad's. I pray he is still alive.
I have found info for Kenneth L. Hougton. He was EVA for the downing on June 25, 1944, of "Any Gum Chum," Ser. # 42-97859. A researcher for the 390th BG sent the address and phone number for 2nd Lieutenant Kenneth L. Houghton. Just yesterday I drafted a letter of inquiry to him. I also hope he is still alive.
