I found a mention of Gordon and Connie Richards on the Acknowledgements page of Martin W. Bowman's "B-17 Groups of the Eighth Air Force." A search on the names led to a posting of their Son on this Board (March 7) with the following info:
Mr Gordon and Mrs Connie Richards
