The world of Mighty Eighth Air Force researchers will be much the poorer with the passing of Roger, who has helped so many of us over the years. I first came across him at a Braintree College lecture about 30 years ago, and we have been in close contact ever since living about 30 minutes drive away. Certainly now Roger has moved up to The Wild Blue Yonder.
