: Sgt William Martsch of Paul,ID was with the 385th Bomb Group, 550th Squadron on 42-102481 "Kentucky Winner" on 18 March 1945 when it failed to return and landed on the continent and later salvaged. Martsch was KIA and the remaining 8 crewmen were all returned to duty. MACR 13141 is available by contacting Lynn.Gamma@MAXWELL.AF.MIL free of charge.

More on Sgt William Bratsch #39922797. He is listed on the ABMC site as being buried in Ardennes Cemetery in Belgium in Plot D Row 5 Grave 1. This is where my brother is buried.
