2nd Lt. Homer L. Hocker of the 365th BS, flying as tail gunner in the lead aircraft of my father's group on July 14, 1943, observed enemy aircraft attack my father's aircraft, the Windy City Challenger, No. 42-3049. Does anyone know him and where he can be located? I do not know what plane he was flying on, nor anything else about him. I obtained this information from my father's MACR. Thanks for any info people can offer.
