In honor of Lyle Shafer, a courageous B-17 pilot, 390th Bomb Group, shot down over Germany, POW, who reunited his barracks mates after 50 years.  A great man, a good friend, who will be dearly missed.

Rob Morris (2005) In honor of Leonard Herman, 95th Bomb Group Bombardier, 1943; 9th Air Force Bombardier, 1944.  Two tours over Europe.  A friend and a hero.
Barry Siegle In memory of Howard P. Siegle (Baltimore): 379th Bomb Group; 327th B.S. and the crew of the "Red Dragon."
Shot down 9 August, 1944 in Geetbets, Belgium.
Entire crew survived and walked out to "Friendlies" by mid-September, thanks to the Belgium Underground.
Thank God for their efforts and the beneficial impact they had on the 9 crewmember and their families.  God bless all.
