These messages are usually set on an automatic basis and it is hard to stay up because once they get a site they just keep coming without much effort on their part. PUT INTO PLACE A LOGIN IN OR JOIN UP LINK most people who are serious about using the site will sign up look at other ones. This will then block these as they will not sign up as they have to give a good email address plus they can not be posted automatically that way.
